Mr Sciancalepore devotes the bulk of his practice to criminal defense in Superior and Municipal Courts. As a former Assistant Prosecutor Mr. Sciancalepore handled hundreds of serious criminal cases in the Superior Court. He is intimately acquainted with the procedures used to investigate and defend against the State’s case.
In addition to criminal defense in his private practice, Mr. Sciancalepore also works as a Municipal Public Defender for Jersey City. In that role, Mr. Sciancalepore has assisted in the defense of countless DUIs, motor vehicle infractions and criminal charges.
